Lights on Broadway Parade
The Bismarck Technical Center is one of three sponsor's for this year's "Lights on Broadway" Parade. Students from the FFA and SkillsUSA Organizations have assisted instructors in building and decorating the float that will be 3rd in the parade line-up on Friday, December 7th, beginning at 7:00pm.
