Gifted and Talented Levels of Service Program
The mission of the Bismarck Public School District is to provide educational opportunities which challenge all students to reach their potential.
The Gifted and Talented Levels of Service* mission is to recognize, challenge, and support gifted students. It is a kindergarten through sixth grade program with a gifted/talented specialist in each elementary school at least one day per week.
*The Bismarck Public School District's Gifted and Talented Levels of Service program is based on the individual programming model developed by Dr. Donald Treffinger of the Center for Creative Learning, Inc.
