Bismarck Public Schools has had a full-time Community Relations department since 1988. Two staff members are primarily responsible for employee communication, news media relations, information to parents and community members, etc.

Services to Employees:

  • Weekly employee newsletter, intercom
  • Publication design, audio-visual projects, photographs and logos
  • Assistance with student/staff awards, special events, and fundraising
  • Assistance with news media, advertising, and public relations
  • Crisis planning
  • Surveys & Web sites
  • Serve on BPS committees: DCIC, Leadership Team, Executive Team, ALC, etc.

  • District information for school newsletters
